Seafood Dinner

Tonight we had dinner at a favorite restaurant of Linda & Phil's, a place they frequented when they lived here 30 years ago. It was a steamy evening, but the salty air blowing off the water was refreshing. We enJOYed red snapper, crab cakes, flounder, mahi mahi, and a basket of hush puppies. The country green beans were a tasty treat too!

By the Water

Linda and I spent the day exploring a small sailing village nearby...turquoise waters, wild horses, old homes with porches built for rocking, and boats of every shape and size. We filled our afternoon with lunch, strolling in the sun, a little shopping, and an ice cream treat at the water's edge.

A Visual Feast

I'm enJOYing the extra counter space in our new kitchen. Just back from the grocery store, I've filled baskets and bowls with lots of pretty produce.
